Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries! If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you.

Important Information About International Orders:

  • Delivery Times: International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, but this may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

  • Customs & Import Fees: Some countries may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its journey.

  • Restricted Countries: At this time, we are unable to ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions. If your country isn’t available at checkout, we currently do not ship there.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest level of care in packaging and handling. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 4-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Please note that these are estimated timeframes, and unexpected delays (such as carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing) may occur.

Where Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by logging into your 1 of 1 Premium Goods account under My Orders.

Additional Shipping Notes:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order After Placing It?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, so once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

If Your Order Has NOT Shipped Yet:

  • Contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

  • If your order is still in processing, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped:

  • Unfortunately, once an order has left our facility, it cannot be changed or canceled.

  • You may need to wait for delivery and follow our return policy if applicable.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with the subject "Your Order is on the Way," which will include a tracking link.

You can also track your order by logging into your 1 of 1 Premium Goods account:

  1. Sign into your account

  2. Navigate to Account > My Orders

  3. If your order is fulfilled, click on it and select Track Your Order to view real-time updates from the courier.

  4. If your order is still processing, please allow 24 hours for the system to update and check back later.

Why Isn’t My Tracking Updating?

Tracking details typically refresh every 24-48 hours, but occasional delays may occur while your package is in transit.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Review your tracking details to see if there are any delays due to shipping issues, customs processing, or an incorrect address.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, visit our Order Updates & Address Changes page for guidance.

  • If there’s been no tracking update for more than 6 business days, reach out to our Customer Support team, and we’ll help you out.

Shipping to U.S. Territories & Military Addresses

For orders heading to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO/FPO addresses, tracking updates may take up to 14 days before reflecting any movement. If you haven’t seen an update after that timeframe, feel free to contact us.

At 1 of 1 Premium Goods, we focus on high-quality, limited-run products, so restocks aren’t always guaranteed. However, we do our best to replenish sold-out items as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

We want you to love your experience with 1 of 1 Fitness. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return your product within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, as long as the following conditions are met:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories (bands, handles, bar, anchor, ankle straps, and carrying bag) must be included

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Exchanges

Want a replacement? Let us know when initiating the return and we’ll be happy to exchange your product, depending on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

What if I received a faulty or damaged item?

We’re committed to delivering the highest quality with every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to make it right.

Here’s what to do:

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once we verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

Please report any faults within 7 days of receiving your order.
